Co-Founder & CEO

With over 5 years of experience in real estate and finance, Matt has developed a deep understanding of how to effectively raise capital and how to service clients properly. His passion for real estate and investing is what drives him to continue to work to create innovative opportunities for his investors.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from California Lutheran University. He also holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Tim Soto

Tim Soto

Co-Founder & COO

Tim is a full-time real estate investor and investor-friendly real estate agent, specializing in under-performing and value-added residential and commercial asset classes. Mr. Soto has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in over 200 transactions. Mr. Soto received his Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and is a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
